1.tool tip size is not as pre fig ma--validated

1. Add 8 members in add recipinet card is getting extened 
2.in draft cancel and send draft buttons not in the correct position

4.while deleting message from folder in delete pop up by default only sleected folder is highlighted, if we click on everywhere radio button it is not highlighted and more space bewteen text cancel and delete button.
5. In sent attachment is not displaying as pre UI.
